GARUDA HOUSE WINS INTER HOUSE HINDI DEBATE COMPETITION 2023-24

Inter House Hindi Debate Competition 2023-24 was conducted in Sainik School Balachadi, Jamnagar on 27 Apr 2023 on the topic “NAITIK MULYON KE BINA SIKSHA VYARTH AUR NISHFAL HAI”.

Two participants from all six Senior Houses represented their Houses ‘For the Motion’ and ‘Against the Motion’ in the competition.  Prizes and Certificates were given to top three speakers in each category.   Cadet Shubham Kumar of Garuda House, Cadet Rudra Kaushik of Angre House and Cadet Raman of Shivaji House got first, second and third positions respectively in category ‘For the Motion’ while in ‘Against the Motion’ Cadet Abhay Raj of Garuda House, Cadet Aman Kumar of Tagore House and Cadet Harshit of Shivaji House got first, second and third positions respectively.

The Championship Trophy was won by Garuda House whereas second position was secured by two Houses - Shivaji House and Tagore House. 

In her address, the Chief Guest, Lt Col Harjot Kaur, Vice Principal, Sainik School Balachadi congratulated the winners and all the speakers. She also appreciated all the volunteer speakers. She shared her views on the topic and explained the meaning of moral values and said these values cannot be measured but can be seen in behavior. 

The event was well organized by Mrs EA Mini, TGT Hindi. Sqn Ldr Mahesh Kumar, Administrative Officer and all staff members also witnessed the event.
