Colonel Rajeev Shukla was commissioned into Army Educational Corps on Dec 1989. Hailing from Uttar Pradesh, he is Masters in Mathematics from Kanpur University. An Officer with an excellent academic record Col Shukla is an eminent personality in the pedagogical field duly qualified with Master’s Degree in Education.
He has had an accomplished career demonstrating consistent success as an Administrator and Educator at various levels. During the past 24 years he has had a versatile career with numerous staff, command and instructional appointments to his credit. An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Military Academy, Dehra Dun. He has done tenures as Staff Officer at various levels of educational hierarchy in the Indian Army. He has had Instructional Tenures at College of Military Engineering Pune and BEG Centre, Roorkee, he already has had exposure to the Sainik Schools as he served as Headmaster of Sainik School Imphal where he was responsible for its academic turn around. He has the rare distinction of serving at the highest battlefield on earth, the Siachen Glacier where he was posted as Met officer at Snow Avalanche and Study Establishment, with the DRDO. He has also had tenure as Colonel Education of South Western Command. Prior to his being posted here was posted as Deputy Commandant of AEC Training College & Centre, Pachmarhi.
Besides many other rare distinctions and professional achievements, he is the recipient of Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card for his services during the tenure as Colonel Education of South Western Command.
