APPEAL TO PARENTS

	Parents are seen visiting Cadet Hostels during Parents Day, despite clear instructions by the School Authority on the issue, ie Parents/Relatives are not permitted to visit their ward inside cadet hostel.
	Disciplinary action will be initiated against any cadet whose Parents/Relatives are found in the cadet hostels without written permission from the school authorities.
	Parents are requested to maintain the sanctity of the school premises by adhering to the instructions passed by the school authorities from time to time.
	Mobiles are not permitted to be kept by the cadets in the school.Defaulters will be levied a penality of Rs 10000/-(Ten Thousand)
	Henceforth, Parents Day will be organised at the Multi Purpose Sports Complex where drinking water as well as toilet facilities including ladies toilets are available.Request for strict compliance please.
	Suggestion Register will be kept at the Multi Purpose Sports Complex for endorsing your remarks/suggestions.
	Token entry system will be implemented from next Parents Day (26 Oct 2013) onward for parents/ guardians, only to avoid over crowding of the campus & monitor the entry of the visitors.02 tokens per ward will be issued,allowing only 02 persons for entry.Parents having more than one ward in the school will also be issued 02 tokens only. Please Help The School to Serve you & your ward in keeping with the Aims & Objectives of the institution in mind. Inconvenience caused due to the above mentioned instructions to the family of the ward, other than parents/guardians is deeply regretted.Please understand our limitations. Thanks
